This course aims to help teachers develop a better understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of their students’ written practice.
The course will be split in two sessions – practice and theory – of 3 hours each.

Gabriela Fróes is an English teacher, an English Literature teacher, and an English-Portuguese translator. She holds a degree in English (UERJ), an MA in English Literature (UERJ), a Cambridge a CAE, a CPE, the TKT modules 1, 2, 3, and KAL, and a CELTA. She has been teaching preparatory courses for exams since 2005. Gabriela is a founding member of Voices for LGBTQIA+ SIG (BRAZ-TESOL).
Sérgio Pantoja is a CELT-P and CELT-S tutor, teacher, teacher trainer and speaking examiner. He has been been in ELT since 2002 and holds, among others, the Cambridge English: Proficiency, a degree in Languages, a postgraduate degree in English Language Teaching and Translation, a TESOL Certificate from the University of Oregon, and the Delta. His Delta Module 3 Specialism focused on LDT (Language Development for Teachers).
